90° 3D welded steel elbows are custom fabricated large-radius pipe fittings, widely specified for large-bore, high-flow and medium-pressure industrial piping systems. With a bending radius of three times the nominal pipe size, the 3D bend geometry delivers far more gradual flow transition than standard 1.5D elbows, effectively lowering hydraulic resistance and optimizing fluid transportation stability. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.9, GB/T 12459 and EN 10253 specifications, covering complete SCH wall thickness series to accommodate diverse pressure rating requirements. Different from integrally formed seamless elbows that are restricted in large-diameter production, this elbow adopts steel plate rolling and full-penetration butt welding fabrication.
