The grain structure is refined, and the flow lines are distributed naturally along the fitting contour, rather than being severed as in welded fittings.Hot Forming Technology: By precisely controlling the pushing speed and temperature, we ensure the thinning rate at the extrados of the elbow remains within standard limits while avoiding wrinkling on the intrados.Non-Destructive Testing: Every batch undergoes ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle inspection to ensure the absence of metallurgical defects such as cracks or slag inclusions on the surface and interior.Heat Treatment: Depending on the material (such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, or Stainless Steel), normalizing, tempering, or solution annealing is performed to eliminate work hardening and restore the material’s corrosion resistance and mechanical toughness.
