1.We are a professional manufacturer and supplier of seamless steel eccentric reducers, supplying pressure‑grade butt‑weld pipe fittings for petroleum, petrochemical, thermal power, natural gas transmission and process‑industry piping systems. Different from concentric reducers, seamless eccentric reducers feature offset centre‑lines, mainly deployed at pump suction nozzles and pipeline sections where bottom‑level alignment is required to avoid liquid accumulation inside the pipeline. This product is hot‑formed from integral steel pipe blanks without circumferential welding seams. The whole forming process adopts hot extruding and rotary sizing technology, ensuring uniform wall‑thickness distribution across the transition taper section. We deliver standard items complying with ASME B16.9, GB/T 12459, and also undertake custom fabrication according to client‑provided drawings, special tolerance requirements and project‑specified technical sheets.

2.Our material scope covers carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel for high‑temperature high‑pressure service. Widely‑used grades include A234 WPB, Q355B, A403 WP304, WP316L, WP321, WP11, WP22 etc. Size range covers common NPS specifications, with wall‑thickness conforming to SCH 10‑SCH 160. Eccentric offset, end‑bevel preparation, overall length and taper ratio can be adjusted to match on‑site piping layout. All products are manufactured under full‑process quality control. Each unit undergoes visual inspection, dimensional verification, wall‑thickness spot check, and NDT test (UT/MT as required) to eliminate internal and surface defects. Surface treatment options include anti‑rust oil coating, varnish, pickling‑passivation for stainless‑steel variants. Marking includes material grade, size, standard and heat number for full traceability.

3.Our workshop owns hot‑press forming equipment, CNC bevel‑facing machines and independent non‑destructive testing laboratory. Quality management runs through raw‑material incoming inspection, forming process monitoring, finished‑product inspection and packing. As critical pressure‑bound piping components, seamless eccentric reducers demand strict control over wall‑thickness deviation and eccentric tolerance, any improper dimension will cause medium turbulence and extra system stress during operation. Beside standard seamless eccentric reducers, we also supply matching seamless concentric reducers, elbows and tees to support one‑stop procurement. We provide practical technical advice for material selection and parameter confirmation. Both small‑batch trial orders and large‑volume project orders are accepted. Mill Test Reports, NDT certificates and third‑party inspection support are available for project acceptance. Stable lead‑time is guaranteed for domestic and export orders.
