High-Alloy Butt-Weld Fittings are professional forged pipe components designed for severe-service piping systems. Conventional carbon steel and ordinary 304/316L stainless steel elbows cannot adapt to long-term complex working conditions of high corrosion, high temperature and cyclic high pressure. Our high-alloy elbows effectively resist pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and high-temperature oxidation, serving as reliable structural protective parts for industrial process pipelines.
Our product lineup covers multiple mature corrosion-resistant alloy grades, including 904L super austenitic stainless steel, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400 and Inconel 625. Each material corresponds to specific harsh medium environments: 904L is suitable for acid medium working conditions; Hastelloy C276 adapts to oxidation and reduction environments such as wet chlorine and hypochlorite; Monel 400 excels in hydrofluoric acid and seawater environments; Inconel 625 maintains stable mechanical strength and chloride corrosion resistance under high temperature. All products are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.9 dimensional standards and corresponding ASTM material specifications to ensure standardized chemical composition and mechanical properties.
High-alloy materials feature high hardness, significant work hardening and narrow hot working temperature range, which easily causes cracking and deformation during conventional processing. We adopt integral seamless hot-pushing forming technology, with strictly controlled heating and deformation parameters to ensure uniform internal grain structure of fittings. After forming, professional solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment are carried out to eliminate residual processing stress, avoid harmful precipitates, and optimize metallographic structure, so that the fittings can maintain stable performance under welding thermal cycle and long-term alternating load.
The seamless integrated structure completely avoids welding seams, heat-affected zone defects and component segregation problems of welded fittings, eliminating potential fatigue crack and local corrosion initiation points. Uniform wall thickness distribution ensures balanced internal stress bearing capacity. Pipe ends are precisely machined with standard welding bevels to realize full penetration welding on site, improving welding joint efficiency and overall pipeline tightness. Products cover 45°, 90°, 180° angles, long and short radius types, with complete specifications from conventional sizes to special wall thicknesses, supporting customized processing according to project drawings and pressure-temperature parameters.
All raw materials are sourced from certified international professional alloy mills, equipped with standard mill test reports to ensure full material traceability. We implement strict batch production quality control and full-cycle inspection system, including dimensional calibration, surface inspection, hardness and mechanical property testing. 100% ultrasonic and penetrant non-destructive testing is performed to eliminate internal micro defects, ensuring all products meet ASME and international engineering acceptance standards. Widely used in offshore engineering, seawater desalination, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, flue gas desulfurization and high-temperature reaction pipeline systems, our high-alloy elbows provide long-life and low-maintenance professional piping solutions for global EPC projects.
