Cangzhou Xinghui Pipeline Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and supply of ASTM A403 WP304 and WP316L wrought stainless steel butt-weld elbows. All products are manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.9 and relevant American industry specifications, serving as essential component fittings for industrial process piping systems. Compared with carbon steel and alloy steel pipe fittings, WP304 and WP316L stainless steel elbows deliver superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance and structural stability. They can withstand long-term erosion caused by atmospheric moisture, water, weak acid and alkaline media, maintaining stable mechanical performance under conventional and low-temperature service conditions, which effectively guarantees the continuous and safe operation of industrial piping systems.
All stainless steel elbows are formed through integral seamless hot pushing process and finished with precision cold working technology. The one-piece forming structure eliminates longitudinal weld seams and inherent structural defects such as porosity and cracks, fundamentally avoiding medium leakage and structural failure during pipeline service. The bend section features uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, and strictly controlled dimensional tolerance. Pipe end bevels are precision machined to standard welding angles, ensuring full weld penetration and reliable joint tightness during on-site butt welding construction. Our product portfolio covers 45°, 90° and 180° elbows, including long radius (LR) and short radius (SR) types. Standard sizes are consistently in stock, and customized non-standard fittings can be fabricated per customer drawings and technical requirements.
We implement a full-process quality control and product traceability system for all finished fittings. Raw materials are sourced from certified domestic and international steel mills, with original mill test reports (MTRs) provided to verify chemical composition and mechanical properties. Each production batch undergoes comprehensive inspections, including dimensional verification, surface defect detection, tensile strength and hardness testing. In addition, mandatory non-destructive testing (NDT) is conducted to eliminate internal inclusions, microcracks and other hidden discontinuities. Only qualified products are delivered, fully meeting international industrial piping engineering design and acceptance standards.
WP304 stainless steel elbow is a cost-effective general-purpose corrosion-resistant fitting, widely applied in municipal water supply, general chemical processing, food manufacturing and conventional industrial piping projects. As a low-carbon stainless steel grade, WP316L effectively inhibits intergranular corrosion, possessing better high-temperature stability and chemical medium resistance. It is the preferred fitting for harsh working conditions including marine engineering, pharmaceutical production, fine chemical industry and high-purity fluid transmission. With rich manufacturing experience, we support bulk batch production and personalized custom processing. All products adopt export-grade packaging and are delivered with complete certification documents and inspection records, providing stable, high-standard piping solutions for global engineering contractors and end users.
Our stainless steel butt-weld elbows comply with ASTM A403 & ASME B16.9. Available grades include WP304 and WP316L. Configurations cover 45°, 90°, 180° long radius and short radius types. Sizes range from 1/2” to 48” with various SCH wall thicknesses. Custom dimensions can be produced against customer drawings for corrosive process piping.
