1.We are a professional manufacturer and supplier of welded steel eccentric reducers, delivering heavy‑duty butt‑weld pipe fittings for petrochemical plants, thermal power stations, fertilizer facilities, water treatment and long‑distance transmission pipelines. Unlike concentric reducers, welded eccentric reducers are engineered with offset center‑lines, primarily installed at pump suction inlets and specific piping sections to prevent liquid pooling inside pipelines, which avoids cavitation risk for process equipment. This type of fitting is manufactured by steel plate rolling, longitudinal seam welding, post‑weld heat treatment and finish machining. Welded construction solves the dimensional limitation of seamless hot‑forming process, making it the practical solution for large‑diameter eccentric reducers. All welding activities are performed in accordance with qualified WPS/PQR documents. We supply standard products complying with ASME B16.9, GB/T 13401, meanwhile we undertake custom fabrication against customer drawings, project‑specific tolerance requirements and technical specifications.
2.Our material options cover carbon steel, stainless steel and high‑pressure alloy steel. Common grades include A234 WPB, Q235B, Q355B, A403 WP304, WP316L, WP321, WP11 and WP22. It covers large NPS sizes which cannot be produced by seamless forming. Wall thickness, eccentric offset value, end bevel preparation and overall length can be adjusted to match actual site piping layout. Each finished unit goes through strict inspection procedures including visual check, dimensional measurement, wall‑thickness verification, and NDT examination such as UT, MT or PT for weld joints upon client requirements. Surface treatments include anti‑rust oil, anti‑corrosive painting; stainless steel versions can be treated with pickling and passivation. Permanent marking contains material grade, size, standard and heat number for full‑scale traceability.
3.Our workshop is equipped with plate rolling machines, automatic submerged‑arc welding units, post‑weld heat‑treatment furnaces, CNC end‑facing machines and independent NDT laboratory. Quality control covers raw material incoming inspection, welding procedure monitoring, intermediate inspection, final acceptance and packing. As critical pressure‑containing piping components, eccentric reducers require tight control over offset tolerance and weld integrity; improper manufacturing will lead to medium turbulence and additional pipeline stress under operating conditions.Apart from welded eccentric reducers, we also provide welded concentric reducers, elbows and tees for one‑stop sourcing. We offer practical technical support for material selection and parameter confirmation. Both small‑batch trial orders and large‑scale project orders are acceptable. Mill Test Reports, NDT certificates and third‑party inspection services are available for project acceptance. Stable lead‑time is guaranteed for domestic and export shipments. If you have procurement requirements for welded steel eccentric reducers, please send over your drawings or technical datasheets for formal quotation.
