1.We are a specialized manufacturer and supplier of welded steel reducers (concentric & eccentric), delivering heavy‑duty butt‑weld reducers for process piping in petroleum refining, petrochemical, thermal power, chemical fertilizer, water‑wastewater and long‑distance pipeline projects. Welded reducers are formed by plate rolling, longitudinal seam welding, post‑weld heat treatment and finish machining. Unlike seamless reducers limited by forging‑extrusion capacity, welded construction is the preferred solution for large‑diameter, heavy‑wall transition sections where seamless forming is not technically feasible. All weld joints undergo full‑process quality control. We produce standard range reducers as per ASME B16.9, and also execute custom fabrications strictly against customer‑supplied fabrication drawings, dimensional tolerances and project‑specific technical specifications.
2.Our material portfolio covers carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel for high‑temperature & high‑pressure service. Typical grades include A234 WPB, Q235B, Q355B, A403 WP304/WP316L, WP321, WP11, WP22 and other heat‑resistant alloy grades. Size range covers large‑size NPS beyond seamless production capacity. Wall thickness, end preparation bevel angle, taper transition ratio and overall length can be adjusted to match field piping layout. Production complies with ASME B16.9, ASME B31.3, GB/T 12459, GB/T 13401 and relevant industry codes. Each unit is subjected to visual inspection, dimensional verification, weld NDT examination (UT/MT/PT upon requirement). Surface finishing options include machined bare finish, anti‑corrosion oil, epoxy painting, pickling & passivation for stainless steel variants.
3.Our facility is equipped with plate rolling equipment, automatic submerged‑arc welding sets, post‑weld heat‑treatment furnaces, CNC end‑facing machines and dedicated NDT lab. Quality traceability runs through the whole workflow: raw material incoming verification, welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR), intermediate process check, final inspection and marking‑packing. Butt‑weld reducers are critical pressure‑bound components; we attach great importance to weld integrity and geometrical tolerance to eliminate hidden risks for pressurized piping. Beside concentric welded reducers, eccentric welded reducers are available for pump suction and special offset‑piping conditions. We provide engineering‑level technical support on material selection, wall‑thickness confirmation and tolerance consultation. Both small‑batch pre‑production lots and large‑volume project orders are acceptable. Mill test reports (MTR), NDT records and third‑party inspection services can be provided for site acceptance. We arrange stable lead‑time for both domestic and export shipments.
